Thank you for supporting the BIPA video production. Your job will be to film a video of yourself in which you are answering a few questions.
The following steps are intending to give an overview about the process to ensure a nice video result.
SCHEDULE
- we'll make an 1:1-appointment for personal briefing
- record a short statement with your smartphone
- upload your video to become part of the BIPA-Movie
- check out the final video on December, 14th
GENERAL
- the video is planned to be a selfie video
- keep your phone vertical
- look friendly and answer the questions in English
SETTING
- keep your phone an arm length away from you and look into the camera lens
- make sure your phone is around eye level, so your head is fully visible, but there is not too much space to the top of the picture
LOCATION
- choose a quiet place where you feel comfortable and undisturbed
- the location should be authentic and tell something about you (e.g. your office, university, park, city)
RECORDING
- please make individual clips per question
- different variants of each question are also advantageous, so if you want you can try several options
- please make sure that you pick up the question in your answer, so that the viewer understands what it’s all about without hearing the question

QUESTIONS
Please start by answering these four questions:
- Please introduce yourself. Who are you and your company? When did you participate?
- Why did you decide to participate in BIPA?
- Describe your time working with the Bavaria Israel Partnership Accelerator (BIPA) student team briefly!
- Name three words that come to your mind, when thinking of BIPA!
Then please pick two (or more) of the following questions and also answer them:
- What was different about cooperating with a team of international students compared to your other cooperations?
- What's the benefit of addressing young talents to solve the challenges?
- What would you say, how does BIPA boost innovation?
- How did you experience the exchange between Bavaria, Israel (and for edition 10 participants also the Emirates)
Finally, please answer these two questions:
- Please recommend BIPA to other companies! Please address direct to the audience.
- What is different or will be different in your company after BIPA?
